Total seal ring for 76mm piston

This is a Total Seal top ring for the EC 76mm piston that was custom made with the latest technology available. Features include lateral gas porting (no longer need to drill gas ports in the top of the piston) since the ring is constantly moving the ports move as well avoiding any potential hot spot. Also the ring was wire EDM cut with Total seals “total conform” option. These back cuts allow the ring to conform to the bore even as it distorts at high rpm and frequency load. No bore stays round at 11000 rpm but this ring will move with the bore to maintain seal. This ring is a AP stainless ring with the best proprietary coatings total seal has available.
