63.5 mm Clone Crankshaft

This is the famous 63.5mm (2.492in) crankshaft that THB mini developed in late 2023. We had exclusivity on this part for 18 months while developing and proving reliability.

This part utilizes a .998 rod journal for use with several length arc rods.

This part is available as a crank only and also as a “Team Kit”. The kit includes a crank that has the proprietary surface treatment developed by THB mini to keep these cranks alive and not cracking under high loads. They are also balanced for a Weisco piston (please specify bore size when ordering for proper balance). And include an arc rod already clearanced to fit the block and crank in a standard Tillotson block. Pistons usually require .060-.080 cut off top to fit block with included rod. All team kits also have the crank gear timed to 0 and brazed in place so there are no cam timing issues.
